Mimosas, food and soca? Count me in! Boozy Brunch by Carambola Beach Club is an all inclusive brunch that features three of my previously mentioned favorites and much more!
The most recent Boozy Brunch took place on October 20, 2019 at the Carambola Beach Club from 11 am – 4 pm. The tickets were priced at XCD $175 and XCD $200 at the gate. This was the third Boozy Brunch the Beach Club hosted and I must say it was a vibe!
Upon arrival you were given a fan for this serious island heat and a cold, refreshing strawberry margarita. The strawberry margarita was sooo good, I had about two but let’s not start counting my drinks hehe.
After I took a look around, admiring the cute decor your girl headed over to the food station because that’s my spot. Your girl may be small but she loves to eat! Jerk pork, fried chicken, waffles, bakes and saltfish just to name a few was served. I really enjoyed the jerk pork, I honestly think about it everyday. There was also a sushi station (Carambola Beach Club has one of the best sushi on island) and also a soup station.
After I filled my little belly it was time to party! DJ Tero aka the Mix King, my favorite local Dj killed it per usual by playing a lot of old and new soca hits, local hits and adding a dash of dancehall. Boozy Brunch is a party for adults but that doesn’t mean because the crowd is a little bit older than I am that they weren’t full of energy. Everyone seemed to enjoy the music, there was no stush behavior. We danced, became a circle of friends (Kerwin Du Bois style) and took many shots together! Shots were coming around like crazy!
A mimosa bar by Opus Fine Wine and Spirits was available and they had glasses of Mimosas available for days! Mimosas are one of the most popular breakfast cocktails and a surefire way you can enjoy a little champagne.
An ice cream station as well as a coconut water station was also available. You can either have your coconut water in a glass or island style, straight from the coconut.
Let’s talk about my fit becuase I got alot of compliments on my dress and I am always willing to share where I get my outfits. This coral, one shoulder, bodycon dress is from Oh Polly and I decided to accessorize with some teal earrings from Claire’s and a nude clutch which features a cute Tribal print fabric.
